We understand that sometimes life requires scheduling changes. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: (Please note: if you are feeling sick, have COVID like symptoms or have been exposed to someone who's tested positive for COVID-19, please call ASAP to reschedule your appointment) 

48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged the full cost of their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Warrior Wellness does not bill insurance. We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and HSA/FSA cards.

 

Warrior Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service and offending client will be responsible for payment of the full session. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language. We will also reserve the right to contact other therapists in the area to warn them of inappropriate conduct that we feel may endanger our fellow therapists and put them at risk in their business.
